The Kia EV6 is Kia’s first dedicated battery electric vehicle. It launched in 2021 on the Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP). It is a compact crossover SUV. It won the 2022 European Car of the Year award. It introduced Kia’s new EV naming series. It was developed under codename CV. First photographs appeared 15 March 2021. Full release followed on 2 August 2021.
